With more than 20 years of international management and consultancy experience, I help organisations improve financial performance, strengthen operations and successfully navigate change.
My career combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a solid academic background. After completing my studies at Rotterdam Hotelschool, I graduated from Hotelschool The Hague—one of Europe's leading hospitality management universities. This unique educational foundation enables me to bridge the gap between strategic decision-making and operational execution.
Throughout my career I have worked across multiple industries, ranging from hospitality and oil & gas to non-profit organisations, education, events, and professional services. These experiences have given me a broad international perspective and the ability to quickly understand complex organisations, cultures and business environments.
